About the Author
Shashi Holla is an Indian-Australian health entrepreneur based in Western Australia. Before finding his way to Australia, Shashi worked for ten years in the health sectors of Botswana. He is an ardent student of Indology and an independent researcher, and this is his first book on diaspora literature covering India-Australia. Shashi is a practising pharmacist and holds a master's in public health from Monash University. After associating with several community organisations in Australia, Shashi developed a deep interest in studying the interface between diaspora and host society interactions. In this book, he explores the missing link in the India-Australia story.
