About the Author

-:ABOUT THE AUTHOR:- Prof. Devendra Mohan received his B.Tech., M.Tech., and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi. He has an extensive and diverse experience in teaching, research, and consultancy for about thirty six years; supervised about a dozen of Ph.D. and a few dozens of M.Tech. dissertations/theses. He has more than one hundred research publications in journals and books of national and international repute. He served in capacity of the Head, Civil Engineering Department, IIT (BHU) Varanasi and presently, is working as a senior professor in the same Department. He has affiliations to various professional (engineering) associations and also, to some social organizations like Swadeshi Science Movement of India, Delhi; Mahamana Malaviya Mission, etc. Recently, he received Award from AICTE, New Delhi for the book Paryavarana Kee Bharateeya Avadharana (in Hindi).
